NOTE THAT THE BEST WAY TO TROUBLESHOOT ANY ISSUES WITH THE BOT IS TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
1. KICK THE BOT FROM YOUR SERVER
2. RE-INVITE IT
3. ACCEPT ALL PERMISSIONS

Data collection & Privacy
What kind of data are we storing?
First of all, no personal data whatsoever are ever catpured or stored. We do not collect messages content either.
The only data that we have in our MySQL database are the following attributes:
- Discord ID of server
- Discord ID of the person that invited the bot
- Number of members in the server
- Server Name
That’s it!
How to deactivate your account or ask for deletion of records?
Well, we are sorry to see you go!
First of all, your bot account is automatically being deactivated when you kick the bot from your server.
Secondly, if you want us to erase all information about your server from our Database, you can simply ask us to do it with the creation of a ticket in the official support server.
How to cancel my subscription to the bot?
Well, we are sorry to see you go!
Simply create a ticket in the official server and Poc will take care of it 🙂
