When you build your Warzone Loadouts, you probably noticed that some of the attachments are very similar between weapons and some best practices are emerging. There are definitely attachments that you should consider for your warzone guns, and this article is here to help you understand why those are relevant.
We will start by showing the best attachments combo for Assault Rifles, SMG and sniper and then we will go deeper into why those attachments are important, potentially in a dedicated series of articles.
Note that we focus on Cold War weapons and not on Modern Warfare as the cold war guns are currently more attractive.
The classic attachments combinaison
Cold War Assault Rifles
- Muzzle: Agency/GRU Suppressor
- Barrel: Task Force

Best muzzle Attachements in Warzone for Cold War weapons
Being discreet and not showing on the map is a critical strategy advantage in Warzone. Indeed the agressive teams (the ones you should be scared of) will always push when they see red dots on the mini map! That is why having the Agency Suppressor (Also called GRU or Wrapped) is the most important attachment in the game for almost all the guns.
The important question is when should you use the regular suppressor and when should you use the agency/gru/wrapped one? Well the answer is easy:
- Use the Agency suppressor when you need to use it for long range thanks to the added bullet velocity.
- Use the regular suppressor when you need to amplify the mobility of the weapon and do not need to reach very long ranges.

In general, and for 90% of the cases, you should use the Agency and not the regular suppressor because you need the maximum bullet velocity and damage range for your guns. This is valid mostly for Assault Rifles, LMG and Snipers, but also for SMG if you want to be able to use them for mid-range fights!
