What’s the best way to play the AS44 in Warzone?

The AS44 is insane when you look at the stats, but the recoil is not allowing it to shine in the meta. Especially as long as some guns like the NZ41 or the KG M40 with no recoil are dominating the field.

This is why the best way to use the AS44 is as a sniper support option or mid range in Fortunes Keep. The AS44 is very similar to the Nikita AVT, that i analysed in a previous article.

The AS44 has both horizontal and vertical recoil, and this is why we use the M1941 Hand Stop (and not the M1930 Strife Angled like on most other Vanguard guns with mostly horizontal recoil) that is reducing both of those recoil. Same idea behind the Hatched grip.

Time To Kill AS44 Fortunes Keep

The first damage drop off of this loadout is at 26 meters. Before that the AS44 has a time to kill (TTK) of 614ms and after 710ms. This is highly competitive and even better than the absolute meta NZ-41.
