This is not a joke, the M4 really is a great gun in Warzone 2 for Season 2 reloaded. With a time to kill close to the absolute meta ISO, the M4 is an excellent alternative and is completely underrated! The M4 is a reliable weapon and a jack-of-all-trades that performs well in most combat scenarios.
How to unlock the M4
The M4 is the first weapon unlocked on the M4 platform, which means you will have the M4 available directly even if you are level 1, which is great news!
Best M4 loadout for long range
If you are playing Al Mazrah and want to play with something other than the ISO Hemlock or the Sakin, I would highly recommend you try either the TAQ-56 or the M4. Both of these guns have a 60-round magazine, and the statistics really close to the absolute meta!
Here is the best loadout for the M4 in Al Mazrah and long-range:
As usual for long-range loadouts, you should use the Harbinger D20 muzzle (or the ZLR Talon, depending on which is available). The reason this muzzle is a no-brainer is that not only it helps with the bullet velocity but also with the recoil control and the damage range! This is the list of all the stats you want to improve with a long-range build. Then, the long barrel for pretty much the same reasons (Recoil, bullet velocity, and damage range). In Ashika Island, you could very well replace the Hightower barrel with the high-velocity ammunition, but in Al Mazrah you need that extra damage range.
The FTAC Ripper will help you remove all the sway and stabilize your weapon (different than pure recoil control, but better).
Best M4 loadout for sniper support
The M4 has also always been good for these close to mid-range fights. Excellent to use paired with a sniper, this loadout will bring you everything you need.
Here is the best loadout for the M4 as sniper support:
To sum it up, the M4 in Warzone 2 is a reliable and underrated weapon that excels in various combat scenarios. With our expertly crafted long-range and sniper support loadouts, you can unlock the M4‘s true potential and rule the game.
