The sniper meta in Warzone 2 – Best loadouts for each sniper!

This is the final day of season 1, and I wanted to give you the best sniper loadouts just in case something big happens to them. The developers may allow heavy snipers like the Victus XMR or the MCPR 300 to do one-shot headshots. We can’t say for sure, but we’ll know that soon enough! […]

This is the final day of season 1, and I wanted to give you the best sniper loadouts just in case something big happens to them. The developers may allow heavy snipers like the Victus XMR or the MCPR 300 to do one-shot headshots. We can’t say for sure, but we’ll know that soon enough! Comment below what you think should happen to snipers and if you think they should one-shot enemies! In any case, we are not expecting any new snipers for season 2, so you can be sure that all the guns and loadouts I will give you in this video will be all of them, including season 2.

LA-B 300 Sniper loadout

Our first sniper is the LA-B 300. On paper, this sniper is great in terms of mobility and ADS time, but I’m placing it in the last place of this ranking because if you compare it to the SP-X 80, all the stats are just a little bit under. So, if you want a light and mobile sniper, you should look toward the SP-X and not the LA-B. Nonetheless, here is the best loadout for it, which will be, in my opinion, enjoyable to play in Ashika Island thanks to the attachments focusing on mobility and ADS time, such as the Forge TAC Delta scope, the FSS Ole-V laser or the AIM-Assist 406 comb. The last two attachments are here to ensure this gun still has a decent bullet velocity and damage range.

VICTUS XMR Sniper loadout

The second sniper on the list is the Victus XMR. This gun has the potential to be great, and you have a lot of ways to build it. But no matter which playstyle you build it for, the next snipers will be better. If you build it for maximum range, the MCPR will be more mobile and less heavy. The SP-X will be better if you build it for aggressive sniping and quick ADS. I would not be surprised if we saw a little balancing to this gun with season 2. The loadout you see here is my favorite for the Victus XMR and is tailored for quick ADS and mobility.

MCPR-300 Sniper loadout

Our last three guns could each be considered the best sniper in the game, depending on how you look at them. We will start with the MCPR, the most reliable and heavy sniper. With insane bullet velocity but low ADS time, this gun could be compared to the HDR in Warzone 1, except that it does not one shot headshot… The loadout you see here aims toward maximum damage range and bullet velocity. Do not look for a good ADS time here. You will not find one. But you will find a reliable long-range sniper that should, in my opinion, definitely have one shot.

SP-X 80 Sniper loadout

The SP-X 80 is my favorite sniper in the game, mostly because it reminds me a little bit of the mobility of the Kar98k and the power of the AX-50 from Warzone 1. As said, the SP-X is a better version of the LA-B and is the fastest ADS sniper in the game. This gun is going to be extremely good in Ashika Island. The loadout you see here is built for fast ADS and mobility, with a similar setup to the one we saw for the LA-B.

signal 50 Sniper loadout

Our final sniper is the Signal-50, and as you may already know, it was the sniper meta for season 1. If you look at most stats, this gun is average in terms of mobility, bullet velocity, or ADS time. Nothing here really stands out. But what makes this gun extremely good is the fire rate. With this fire rate, you can easily land two shots on your enemies and down them! The signal 50 is the only sniper able to compete with the current long-range LMG and ARs thanks to this fast 2-shot potential. I believe this gun will be nerfed in season 2, but we’ll see that soon enough.
