Understanding our MW3 Weapon Stats

MW3 now boasts a suite of advanced statistics for all weapons and attachments, providing a granular look at the mechanics behind each gun. The stats displayed are sourced directly from the game data and organized into comprehensive rankings for easy comparison.

One key metric is the "time to kill" (TTK), which is derived from a sophisticated formula. This calculation considers several factors: the damage each bullet can inflict within its effective range, the rate of fire, bullet velocity, and the number of bullets required to eliminate an opponent assuming a base health of 150 points.

These stats have some limit: we don't know the decrease in TTK after the effective damage range, which is why we are not showing the weapons if you slide the range selector after its effective range.
